(PECC), a leading manufacturer of advanced technology turbine digital control systems, fuel valves, guide vane actuators and electric start systems. Located in San Diego, Calif., PECC is committed to meeting our challenging customer requirements in sales and marketing, product engineering, manufacturing (including our own high tech machining center), and repair and overhaul. Additionally, as a Hamilton Sundstrand company, we can access advanced product technology and ongoing research and development within both Hamilton Sundstrand and its parent company United Technologies Corp. to integrate into our future product designs.
Precision Engine Controls embraces United Technologies’ operating system, “Achieving Competitive Excellence” (ACE). ACE is our strategy for process excellence, and drives a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of our business. PECC’s history is rich in innovation. We are continuously working on new and derivative products to increase product reliability and control accuracy to lower emissions and reduce downtime. In particular, we are very excited about our new high torque rotary actuator/valve product line family, which is poised to enter production in 2009/2010. We also are working on a new electric start system for industrial gas turbine applications, which will be ready for field trials in 2010.
