Our Customer Services Engineering Group is available to discuss any application of our products to your requirements. In addition, these same individuals, or their technical support personnel are available to make site visits for installations and/or repairs if needed anywhere in the world.
For out-of-warranty or consultation services, PECC will also make field service representatives available on a “For Fee” basis. These services are available for almost any location in the world. Fees are charged according to our standard Field Service Rates and General Policy. Please ask for our Service Bulletin #126 for further information.
Product Support
Precision Engine Controls Corporation has established technical representatives world wide to supervise and/or perform work on PECC or BENDIX manufactured industrial turbine control systems, fuel valves, and related components. PECC technical support representatives have been called to the far corners of the world to assist with installations, commissioning and to perform on-site repairs.
